As a narrative-driven illustrator, I specialize in pencil, colored pencil, watercolor and digital techniques. My work combines delicate linework with richly detailed settings to tell whimsical, character-driven stories—often featuring animals, surreal worlds, and touches of fantasy.

I believe stories shape how we see the world—and I hope my illustrative work help kids feel seen, safe, adventurous, inspired, silly and a little more brave. Hopefully, it helps their adults too.

I am influenced by illustrators like Iris Compiet, Olga Dugina, Arthur Rackham, Edmund Dulac, Claire Wendling, Allan Ahlberg, Jules Feiffer and Chris Riddell, among others.
